Bain Marie (22L) BM-905

Bain marie (semi-module) with lids 22 liters, GN-4/3 size tank (4 x GN 1/3). The model can be heated with gas (LPG/NG) or electricity.

• Tops made of 2 mm thick stainless steel AISI-304.
• Laser cutting of joints, automatic welding and polishing of connecting elements.
• Tanks with capacity of different configurations of Gastronorm containers of different sizes, height 150 mm and with dimensions:
• Half module: GN-1/1+1/3, with 22 liters capacity.
• Full module: GN-2/1+(2x1/3), with 44 liters capacity.
• The tanks are stamped in the upper surface, made of AISI-304 stainless steel.
• Standard format: 3 cross members for supporting Gastronorm containers.
• Easy draining of the well by removing the overflow pipe.
• The filling tap is sold as an additional accessory.
• Water temperature regulation by thermostat, between 30 and 90 °C.
• Controls located on a protective base and system against water ingress.
• High-temperature enameled cast iron flue protector.
• Access to components from the front.
• IPX5 water protection level.
