- The hob surface is 1.5 mm thick AISI-304 stainless steel.

- 10 mm-thick cast iron plate with rounded corners. Dimensions: 800 x 580 mm.
- Temperature-reflecting brick on the inside for optimal use and distribution of heat.
- Precisely defined operating temperatures: 500 °C in the center and 200 °C at the edges.
- Double crown burner and cast iron diffuser, which guarantee even heat distribution from the flame.
- Burner power: 8.4 kW.
- Low-consumption pilot flame and thermocouple located in the burner body for greater protection.
- Flexible stainless steel gas pipes, facilitating repairs.
- The controls are equipped with a system to prevent water ingress, located on a protective support base.
- Access to the components from the front.
