Undercounter glass washer for 400x400 mm baskets, using a rinse pump.
4 versions of the model are available according to the equipment, each of which can also be operated at 60Hz:
- Basic model: WGP-401
- Model with drain pump: WGP-401 B (The dirty wash water is partially drained before rinsing, which allows: 1/ Avoiding unnecessary waste of detergent by slowly contaminating the water. 2/ Reducing energy costs during the wash water heating phase by continuously regenerating the wash water.)
- Model with detergent dispenser: WGP-401 D
- Model with drain pump and dispenser: WGP-401 B D
Rinse pump:
- Rinse even at low water pressure (1 bar).
- Water is drawn from the boiler by a booster pump and fed to the machine's rinse nozzles, ensuring an optimal and constant pressure.
- A system independent of the water supply pressure, thanks to the presence of the "Air Break", allows for lower water consumption and therefore lower energy consumption.
- The "Air Break" system prevents the return of non-potable water contaminated with rinse aid, cleaning agents and food waste into the water supply system.
- System with type A air brake nonreturn device according to EN 1717/WRAS regulations.
- The temperature of the water in the boiler is constant during the rinse, as this water is not mixed with cold water from the water supply during the filling phase.
- Precise dosing of rinse aid with a constant water flow.
Thermostop:
- Starts rinsing when the rinsing temperature required for a hygienic washing result and proper drying of the dishes is reached.
- The rinsing cycle will be extended to a maximum time of ten minutes if the set rinsing temperature is not reached.
Thermostatic filling:
- Speeds up the machine set-up time as the tank is filled with water preheated in the boiler, which is more powerful.
INTERFACE
- 2.8" TFT color display with backlight. 5-key membrane keypad button.

CONSTRUCTION DETAILS
- The sides of the washing chamber are partially double-lined.
- Stamped tank with slope for full drainage.

Door:
- Soundproof and heat-resistant double-lined door.
- Magnetic microswitch to stop the cycle in case of accidental door opening.
Double-stage filtration system:
- Polypropylene pump suction filter that blocks even the lightest dirt, protecting the wash pump. There is a blue indicator on the overflow or filter, depending on the model, to indicate that it is part of the "color identification" concept.
- Standard composite surface filters on the tank retain coarse dirt. The filter can be easily removed without disassembling the wash and rinse arms.
Dual-flow wash pumps:
- One inlet and two outlets, one for each arm, without the need for flow separation to avoid power loss and reduce noise.
Soft start:
- The cycle starts slowly and gradually increases to maximum speed to prevent light objects such as glassware and plates from falling.
Wash/rinse arms: 
- Duo-KLIP: Combined wash and rinse arm on the same level, made of composite material (optionally available in stainless steel (X)), preventing the two arms from interfering with each other.
- Low friction and very light arm, allowing all the power supplied by the pump to be used for washing the dishes and not for rotating the arm.
- Wash and rinse openings designed with a specific geometry to reach the most inaccessible places. They spray water precisely, achieving 10% less water consumption, reducing electricity and chemical consumption, thus helping to minimize operating costs.
- The arm clip makes it easy to assemble and disassemble for cleaning.
