Glasswashers for 400x400 baskets using water pressure in the rinsing network.
4 versions of the model are available according to the equipment, each of which can also be ordered at 60Hz:
- Basic model: WGC-400
- Model with drain pump: WGC-400 B (The dirty wash water is partially drained before rinsing, which allows: 1/ Avoiding unnecessary waste of detergent by slower water contamination. 2/ Reducing energy costs during the wash water heating phase by continuously regenerating the wash water.)
- Detergent dispenser: WGC-400 D
- Model with drain pump and dispenser: WGC-400 B D
INTERFACE 
- Electromechanical interface with robust backlit buttons.
- One button for power on, and the others for programs, whose light indicates the selected program (flashing) or the machine's readiness (steady on).
- Maximum precision of tank and boiler temperature control through electronic probes.
PROGRAMS:
P1 (Standard): 120s (2 l/cycle at 2 bar, Washing temperature: 60ºC, Rinsing temperature: 65ºC)
P2 (Intensive): 180s (2 l/cycle at 2 bar, Washing temperature: 60ºC, Rinsing temperature: 65ºC)
(3) Consumption at 2 bar supply pressure. At higher pressures, consumption will increase.
CONSTRUCTION
- Washing chamber sides with partial double lining.
- Stamped tank with slope for complete draining.

Door:
- Soundproof and heat-resistant double-layer door.
- Magnetic microswitch to stop the cycle in case of accidental door opening.
Double-stage filtration system:
- Polypropylene pump suction filter that blocks even the lightest dirt, protecting the wash pump.
- Blue indicator on the overflow or filter depending on the model to indicate that it is part of the "colour identification" concept.
- Composite surface filters on the tank as standard, retain coarse dirt.
- The filter can be easily removed without disassembling the wash and rinse arms.
Dual-flow wash pumps:
- One inlet and two outlets, one for each arm, without the need for flow separation to avoid power loss and reduce noise.
Soft start:
- The cycle starts slowly and gradually increases to maximum speed to prevent light items such as glassware and dishes from falling.
Duo-KLIP wash/rinse arms:
- Combined wash and rinse arm on the same level, made of composite material, preventing interference between the two arms.
- Extremely lightweight, low-friction arm that allows all the power delivered by the pump to be used for washing dishes, not for rotating the arm.
- Washing and rinsing openings designed with a specific geometry to reach the most inaccessible places. They spray water precisely, achieving 10% lower water consumption, reducing electricity and chemical consumption and thus helping to minimize operating costs.
- Snap-on arm mechanism, facilitating assembly and disassembly for cleaning.
- Rinsing with water pressure.
- Standard hydraulic dosing of rinse aid.
