ENERGY turbo by Green Care Professional is a highly effective, highly alkaline detergent designed for professional dishwashers, including multi-tank and conveyor systems. The formula is designed to tackle the most stubborn food residues, including burnt-on fats, starch and proteins, providing fast and even results.
The detergent is free of phosphates, NTA, EDTA and chlorine, and is certified by EU Ecolabel, EMAS, ISO 14001, and Ecovadis Platinum. It is suitable for soft and medium hard water, as well as for pre-soaking and booster applications.

Dosage and application
Machine washing
- Dilution: 0.8–3 g/l
Pre-soaking
- Dilution: 5–10 g/l, 10–20 minutes at max. 40°C
Booster application - heavy soiling
- Dilution: 0.5–2 g/l
- pH value (1% solution): 13
- Automatic dosing recommended
