- Works with cutting discs and gratings.
- Can be used with PPC potato peelers (PPC-6 and PPC-12) and planetary mixers (C) models equipped with an accessory drive (BE-10C, BE-20C, BE30C and BE-40C).
- The slicing blades and grating discs (gratings are different) are those for the CA - 31 vegetable slicer model.
- Not suitable for long-shaped products.
- Maximum height of the slicing disc: 14 mm.
