ENERGY alu by Green Care Professional is a liquid, concentrated detergent for professional dishwashers and pre-soaking, specially formulated for sensitive materials such as aluminum, silver, non-ferrous metals, stainless steel and porcelain. The product provides intensive removal of grease, starch, proteins and incrustations, while being gentle on surfaces and safe for personnel.
The formula is phosphate-free, NTA-free, EDTA-free and chlorine-free, based on biodegradable plant ingredients. ENERGY alu is certified by the Nordic Swan Ecolabel, EMAS, ISO 14001, and Ecovadis Platinum, making it ideal for sustainable kitchens and HACCP-compliant processes.

Dosage and application
Machine washing:
- 1.5–2.5 g/l for soft water
- 2–3 g/l for medium hard water
- 3–4 g/l for hard water
Pre-soaking:
- 10–15 g/l, 10–20 minutes in lukewarm water
- pH value: 13
- Automatic dosing recommended
