Available in sizes: 10×15, 15×20, 15×30, 20×30, 20×40, 20×50, 40×30, 60×40 cm, with a thickness of 5 mm. The plate has non-slip feet for stability on a table or tray. It is suitable for direct contact with food.
Thermal stability and maintenance
Slate is an excellent conductor of heat and cold, making it ideal for serving dishes at controlled temperatures. To preserve its natural shine, periodic treatment with extra virgin olive oil on both sides and along the edges is recommended.
