Boiling pan (200L) - M-920 FAGOR 900

Gas steam boiler with a capacity of 200 L, tank dimensions: 600x650 mm., overall dimensions: 800x930x850 mm. SERIES 900.

The machine can be ordered in different versions: with direct heating or under pressure for the gas models, which in turn can be powered by propane butane or natural gas, at 50 or 60 Hz. There is no electric version of the model.

General characteristics

• The surface of the countertops is made of AISI-304 stainless steel with a thickness of 2 mm.
• Laser cutting of joints, automatic welding and polishing of the connecting elements.
• Double-walled lid, balanced by a hinge with a front handle, with diagonal opening up to 75°, which allows the lid to be kept open in any position.
• The boiler tank is well stamped and machine welded on the upper part of the surface, with its bottom made of AISI-316L stainless steel.
• Filling the boiler with hot or cold water is carried out by a solenoid valve activated by a single switch located on the front panel.
• The boiler is released safely and effortlessly by a safety valve with a handle made of athermic (non-heating) material.
• Robust and reliable drain filter made of AISI-304 stainless steel. Easy to remove.
• Controls with protective base and system against water penetration.
• Access to components from the front.
• IPX5 water protection level.

GAS MODELS

• Heating is carried out by a group of stainless steel tubular burners with optimized combustion, controlled by an energy regulator and by a pressure controller, which allows the use of less water and lower electricity consumption.

PRESSURE MODELS

• Foldable, hermetic lid.
• Tank pressure - 0.3 atmospheres.
• Safety valve against overpressure on the lid.
