Dishwasher for kitchen utensils - 700x700 basket with rinse pump, drain pump and detergent dispenser.

INTERFACE

• 5"" color LCD display with backlight.
• Color-coded status indicators informing the operator from a distance.
• Displays operating parameters, such as tank temperature and boiler temperature or number of completed cycles.
• The user can adjust the temperature of the tank and boiler or dose the detergent and rinse aid.
• Self-diagnosis and fault signaling.
• Energy saving mode (standby): By reducing the water temperature in the boiler and tank when the machine is not operating, energy consumption and scale deposition on the heating element are also reduced.

CONSTRUCTION

• The tank is stamped and sloped for complete drainage.
• The washing chamber is free of internal pipes, edges and holes where dirt can accumulate.
• The machine is built with built-in double insulation.
• Soundproof and heat-resistant double insulation of the door.
• Counterbalanced, cushioned door for easy opening and closing (except for model WLP-61).
• Dual-flow washing pumps: one inlet and two outlets, one for each arm, without the need for flow separation to avoid power loss and reduce noise.

RINSE PUMP (standard):

• Rinses even at low water pressure (1 bar).
• Water is drawn from the boiler by a booster pump and fed to the machine's rinse nozzles.
• The system is independent of the water pressure in the water supply, thanks to the presence of an air brake - "Air Break", which results in lower water consumption and therefore lower energy consumption.
• The temperature of the water in the boiler is constant during the entire rinsing process, as this water is not mixed with cold water from the water supply during the filling phase.

DOSERS (standard equipment):

• RINSE DISPENSER - Peristaltic rinse aid dispenser.
• WASH DISPENSER - Peristaltic rinse aid dispenser.

Thermostop:

• Starts rinsing when the rinsing temperature required for a hygienic washing result and proper drying of the dishes is reached.

DRAINAGE PUMP (standard equipment)

• Allows the achievement of the so-called Volumetric rinsing: partial draining of the dirty wash water before rinsing to avoid unnecessary waste of detergent and energy by slower water contamination.
• Self-cleaning: complete self-cleaning cycle that avoids the risk of bacterial spread when activated; the machine completely drains the water from the tank.

Filtration system

• Stainless steel surface tank filter retains large dirt.
• Polypropylene basket filter, which is easily accessible so that the operator can remove and empty it in a few seconds.
• Polypropylene suction filter, which blocks even the lightest dirt, protecting the wash pump.

WASH ARMS

• Stainless steel upper and lower wash arm with 3 jets each.

Standard programs:

• Professional 2: 120 sec. (2.4 l/cycle, Wash temperature: 55ºC, Rinse temperature: 80ºC)
• Professional 4: 240 sec. (3 l/cycle, Rinse temperature: 80ºC) wash: 60ºC, Rinse temperature: 82ºC)
• Professional 6: 360 sec. (3.5 l/cycle, Wash temperature: 65ºC, Rinse temperature: 85ºC)
