Fimar AB8D – Compact Combined Meat Mincer & Grater, 20–50 kg/h
The Fimar AB8D is a compact professional machine that combines a meat mincer and a grater in one efficient unit. Designed for small shops, cafés, pizzerias and kitchens with limited space, it delivers reliable performance at low to medium production levels. With a 0.37 kW motor, the AB8D offers a mincing capacity of 20–50 kg/h and a grating capacity of 20 kg/h, making it ideal for daily food preparation.
The machine features a polished aluminium body and stainless steel hopper, ensuring durability, hygiene and easy cleaning. The grinding unit is made of aluminium, equipped with a Ø52 mm feed inlet, an Enterprise system with a stainless steel plate (Ø6 mm) and a self‑sharpening stainless steel knife for consistent cutting results.
The grater section includes a polished aluminium inlet (105×65 mm), a stainless steel roller, a lower protection grid, and a microswitch on the pusher lever, ensuring safe operation even in busy environments.
With a net weight of only 11 kg and compact dimensions of 430 × 270 × 360–420 mm, the AB8D is one of the most space‑efficient combined machines in the Fimar range.
