iKORE combi oven (6x2/3GN) 0623 FAGOR ADVANCE

Electric convection oven iKORE Advance, with intelligent washing for 6 GN 2/3 trays, right opening, FagorKonnect, Wifi and USB input.

4 versions of the model are available depending on the steam supply system PureSteam (with steam generator) or DirectSteam (injection), with or without built-in S - shaped retractable shower.

DIRECTSTEAM VERSIONS: Steam generation by spraying/injecting water into the turbine, atomizing the water and converting it into steam.

PURESTEAM VERSIONS: Higher steam saturation in the chamber compared to the injection version. Pure steam generator with automatic filling function. Impurities in the water are deposited in the boiler/generator, facilitating the maintenance of the combi steamer. The steam generator is equipped with a scale detector and a semi-automatic descaling system. Automatic and adjustable emptying of the generator every 24 hours of cooking.
