Concept gastronorm GN 2/1 refrigerator, double-body with 2 doors. The refrigerator can be medium-temperature (0ºC +8 ºC), low-temperature/freezer (18ºC -22ºC) or with temp. -2ºC +8 ºC.

Defrosting by:

1. Compressor stop
2. Heating element removing ice accumulated in the evaporator.
3. Hot gas coming from the compressor that removes ice accumulated in the evaporator, reducing defrosting time and achieving even more economical energy consumption.
