Grill, floor model - B-9101

Grill - floor, freestanding model, full module, series 900. The model can be electric with stainless steel/cast iron grate or gas (LPG/NG) with stainless steel/cast iron grate.

Description KORE 900 FAGOR

• Countertops made of AISI-304 stainless steel with a thickness of 2 mm.
• Laser cutting of joints, automatic welding and polishing of the elements.
• Cast iron grates, easily disassembled, without the need for tools, 170 mm wide. The iron grates are reversible, with a different surface on each side:
• Inclined and ribbed with edges for meat.
• Horizontal and flat for fish and vegetables.
• The grills reach a very high temperature (400 °C), thus the surface of the product is quickly sealed, keeping the inside juicy.
• In models with stainless steel grate, it is made of AISI-304 steel sheets in a “V” shape for easier cleaning.
• The grills are equipped with a fat collection hole and a fat storage tray, with a capacity of up to 12 liters (one tray on half-module, two trays on full-module models).
• The fat collection trays offer the option of placing water in them, and thanks to the heat radiation of the gas burners or electric heating elements, low-intensity steam is generated, so that food can be grilled in a steamy atmosphere.
• The grates are installed at a height of 130 mm.
• Removable splash guard made of stainless steel.
• High-temperature enameled cast iron flue.
• Access to components from the front.
• Water protection class IPX5.

Electric floor models - features

• Heated by a stainless steel heating system located under the grill, with a radiant deflector (group of three elements for semi-modular models, two groups for full-modular models).
• Independent temperature control for each group of elements by means of an energy regulator.

Gas floor models - features

• Heated by three high-efficiency tubular burners, with radiant deflector (group of three burners for half-modules, two groups for full-module models).
• Independent control for each group of burners by means of a thermocouple safety valve.
• The burners are activated by means of an electric multi-spark ignition. Access for manual ignition.

Accessories included:

• Special scraper with two profiles for models with cast iron grate.
• Special scraper adapted for models with stainless steel grate.
