Fry top with combined surface: 2/3 smooth and 1/3 grooved (1 module, countertop model) LINE 900. The plate can be electric or gas (LPG/NG), with thermostatic temperature control or with a thermocouple safety valve (gas models only), FT-910 C L R is the version with a chrome-plated surface.
DESCRIPTION:
- 2 mm thick AISI-304 stainless steel plate, with rounded edges allowing easy cleaning.
- Laser cutting and automatic welding to allow a perfect lateral fit between the modules with a right-angled side finish.
- Work surface made of 20 mm thick mild steel and dimensions 735x640 mm, high power and fast achievement of the desired temperature.
- Versions with a 50 micron thick chrome-plated surface for the three types of plates.
- Models with smooth, ribbed and mixed (2/3 smooth and 1/3 ribbed) surface of the plate.
- Models with electric heating use shielded stainless steel heating elements, the temperature is controlled by a thermostat, between 100 and 300 °C.
- Models with gas heating have burners with two branches (one burner for half-module models, two independent burners - two independent heating zones for models - full module).
- Gas models are available with the option of thermostatic control (with safety thermostat) of the temperature (between 100 and 300 °C) or with temperature control by a safety valve with thermocouple.
- Piezoelectronic ignition for gas models and easy manual ignition.
- Fast response and short time to restore the temperature of the plate.
- Grill plate integrated into the plate, built-in.
- The hob is tilted forward to facilitate the collection of grease and liquids.
- Equipped with a cooking fat collection hole and a removable storage tray with a capacity of up to 2 liters depending on the model.
