Concept Monoblock GN 2/1 refrigerator, single-body with 1 door. The refrigerator can be medium-temperature or low-temperature/freezer.

DESCRIPTION:

• Interior made of AISI-304 stainless steel, exterior in food-grade stainless steel.
• 60 mm thick polyurethane insulation, high density (40 kg/m³), injected under high pressure. - Ozone- and climate-friendly refrigerator does not use chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) or even fluorocarbons (FCs).
• Built-in internal guides with 23 different positioning levels and 55 mm distance between them, allow for more convenient cleaning.
• Intuitive, digital display for electronic control with ECO function for energy saving, provides optimal control of product storage.
• Removable magnetic door seal for maximum hygiene.
• Hinged doors with automatic closing, which minimizes temperature increase. The doors have a static position of 120° and close automatically at less than 90°.
• Automatic evaporation of defrost water.
• Internal cooling system - monoblock (condenser and evaporator in one module). The top-mounted evaporator ensures easy maintenance of the refrigeration unit, as well as optimized use of the storage compartment.
• Multiflow - Optimal air circulation system that guarantees balanced and constant air distribution throughout the equipment, so that the temperature remains uniform. Helps preserve food for longer.
• Height-adjustable stainless steel legs. The height of the legs can be adjusted individually (130 mm - 200 mm) to allow convenient cleaning.
• Low-energy LED lighting, located vertically inside the refrigerator.
• The interior surface is edgeless, which facilitates cleaning and reduces potential conditions for dirt accumulation.
• The refrigerator has a built-in drain for draining liquids.
• Removable and height-adjustable racks for GN 2/1 gastronorm containers with epoxy coating and a maximum load capacity of up to 40 kg.
• Suitable for 1 x GN2/1 or 2 x GN1/1 food containers.
