Professional two-tank tabletop fryer Fimar EasyLine FY88L – 2×8 L
FY88L is a professional two-tank tabletop fryer with a capacity of 2 × 8 liters, designed for kitchens that need high performance, flexibility and independent operation of both tanks. The model is ideal for restaurants, bars, cafeterias, pastry shops, fast food, street food and mobile kitchens, where different products are fried at the same time - without mixing flavors and fat.
The body, tanks and lids are made of stainless steel, which guarantees a long service life and easy maintenance. The baskets are chrome-plated, with heat-insulated handles, ensuring safe operation at high temperatures.
The two tanks have independent thermostats, which allows operation at different temperatures depending on the product. Immersion heaters provide fast heating and even heat distribution.
The FY88L reaches 180°C in about 18 minutes and the average frying time is approximately 7 minutes, making it suitable for potatoes, vegetables, meat, fish, snacks and convenience foods.
