Electric fryer, table top model equipped with:

1. 2 tanks, with a volume of 2x6l., size 149x299x200mm, deep fat capacity - 2x4l. and productivity 4.5 + 4.5 Kg/h.;
2. 2 lifting baskets with a capacity of 2x0.5kg.

• The body, tanks and covers are made of stainless steel AISI 304.
• The removable baskets are made of chrome-plated wire.
• The handles, basket covers and knobs are made of thermal insulation material.
• The heating elements are made of stainless steel.
• The fryer has 2 independent thermostats +50/+180C for each tank.
• Safety thermostat with reset button, removable upper block and heating elements.
• Each 2500W tank has an independent electrical connection.
• Heating time to +180C – 10 minutes.
