Electric frying/baking plate with thermostatic temperature control, semi-module, LINE 700.

DESCRIPTION:

• Ribbed surface: FT-E705 R and FT-E705 C R - version with chrome-plated surface, 50 microns thick.
• Electrically heated model - with stainless steel heating elements; thermostatic temperature control, between 100 and 300 °C and one heating zone.
• AISI-304 stainless steel top, 1.5 mm thick and stamped surface, with rounded edges allowing easy cleaning.
• Laser cutting and automatic welding to allow perfect lateral fit between the modules with right-angled side finish. Concealed screws.
• Work surface made of mild steel, 12 mm and 15 mm thick, for the chrome-plated models, with dimensions 328x468 mm, high power and fast reaching the desired temperature.
• Fast response and time to restore the temperature of the plate.
• The grill plate is integrated into the hob, built-in.
• The hob is tilted forward to facilitate the collection of fat and liquids.
• It is equipped with a hole for collecting cooking fat and a removable storage tray, with a capacity of up to 2 liters depending on the model.
• Access to components from the front.
