Electric frying/baking plate with thermostatic temperature control, smooth, LINE 900.

DESCRIPTION:

• Smooth grill - FT-E910 L and FT-E910 C L - chrome plated version, 50 micron thick.
• The models with electric heating use shielded heating elements, made of stainless steel; the temperature is controlled by a thermostat with fuse, between 100 and 300 °C., two heating zones.
• 2 mm thick AISI-304 stainless steel top, with rounded edges allowing easy cleaning.
• Laser cutting and automatic welding to allow perfect lateral fit between the modules with right angle side finish.
• Work surface made of 20 mm thick mild steel and dimensions 735x640 mm, high power and quickly reaching the desired temperature.
• Fast response and short time to restore the temperature of the top.
• Grill plate integrated into the hob, built-in.
• The plate is tilted forward to facilitate the collection of fats and liquids.
• It is equipped with a hole for collecting cooking fat and a removable storage tray with a capacity of up to 2 liters depending on the model.
• Option for easily removable side and rear splash guards.
• High-temperature enameled cast iron flue protector.
• Access to components from the front.
• IPX5 water protection rating.
