WARRANTY SERVICE

Warranty service is related to the repair or replacement of equipment defects that have occurred within the warranty period and is free of charge.

When can you benefit from warranty service?

  • Warranty duration: The warranty period varies depending on the type of equipment and the manufacturer. The warranty begins from the date of purchase, for appliances purchased from the online store that do not require professional installation or from the date of installation of the equipment, performed by a technician authorized by us, but no later than 3 months after purchase. The duration of the warranty provided by the manufacturers of which we are distributors is as follows: Menu System - 60 months; Fagor - 24 months; all other professional appliances - 12 months and for all semi-professional - 6 months.
  • Coverage of defects in materials or workmanship: If the equipment has defects that are caused by manufacturing errors or defective materials, established within the warranty period, as a representative of the manufacturers, we are responsible for their removal or replacement of the equipment. The warranty includes: the removal of factory defects, labor, spare parts and instruction in working with the equipment for the personnel, without transportation (in the absence of assigned personnel on site at the time of installation and instruction, the next visit is paid).
  • Exceptions to the warranty: In the event that 1) the equipment was not installed by a specialist authorized by us; 2) the defect is caused by established incorrect operation, incorrect maintenance of the equipment or a power failure.

Please note that we reserve the right to cancel our warranty liability for products with damaged packaging or unpacked without the presence of our representative in the period from delivery to installation.

  • Warranty registration: In order to benefit from the warranty service, we ask you to keep the documents related to the purchase (invoice, receipt), as well as the documents provided by our authorized technicians after installation of the equipment, which prove that the device is within the warranty period.

How can you benefit from warranty service?

  • Notifying the supplier: In the event of a equipment defect, please notify us promptly of the occurrence by e-mail or telephone. We will respond within 48 hours from your singal. In case the repair requires the replacement of parts with original ones, the repair period is extended by the delivery period of the relevant part according to the manufacturer's conditions.
  • Repair: After receiving the malfunction signal, our technician will contact you to clarify the details of the damage and the actions to eliminate it. The inspection of the defect and its removal is performed on site by our specialist. For some devices, it may be necessary to send the device to our service center.

OUT-OF-WARRANTY SERVICE

Out-of-warranty service covers repairs and maintenance that are performed after the warranty period has expired or when the defect is not covered by the warranty (see: Warranty exclusions). This service is paid and includes certain conditions.

When can you benefit from post-warranty service?

  • Paid service: Unlike warranty service, out-of-warranty repairs are paid. The price includes labor, materials, transportation and other costs related to the repair. We provide two types of paid service: On-call or with a subscription contract.
  • No service time limitations: Out-of-warranty service can be used at any time after the equipment warranty period has expired.
  • Wide coverage: The service can cover both simple repairs and more complex technical problems that were not covered by the warranty.

How can you take advantage of post-warranty service?

Contact our service center: When you notice a breakdown of the equipment, after the warranty has expired, or if the defect is not covered by the warranty (see: Warranty exclusions), it is necessary to contact us for an assessment of the malfunction.

  • Diagnosis of the problem: Our service center will diagnose the malfunction and inform you about the cost of repair or replacement of the necessary parts.
  • Carrying out the repair: After the price has been agreed, the service will perform the necessary repair. If necessary, after your consent, replaced spare parts that are used in the process cannot always be original.
  • Payment for the service: After the repair is carried out, you will pay for the service and the parts that were used.

MAINTENANCE AND PREVENTIVE CARE

We also offer subscription services for regular preventive maintenance of the equipment, which can help extend the life of your appliances.
