Modular ice makers are designed for venues with high ice consumption, where production and storage are handled separately. These machines connect to external bins and deliver continuous, hygienic ice output without compromising on quality or efficiency. At Tirol Professional, we offer models from BREMA, Ice Tech, FAGOR - tailored for bars, restaurants, hotels, and industrial kitchens.
These units produce between 100 and 500+ kg of ice per 24 hours, depending on the model, and are compatible with bins ranging from 40 to 550 kg. You can choose between air-cooled or water-cooled systems, depending on your space and ambient temperature.
Modular machines are available with a variety of ice types:
- Full Cube – solid, slow-melting cubes for premium drinks
