Island kitchen with access to all elements so that chefs can work from any side of the kitchen.

2. Symphony Mural

A wall-mounted kitchen with elements arranged in a line and a protective back panel that serves as a cladding.

3. Symphony на пиедестал

In each of the variants, both wall-mounted and island, the worktop is supported by one or more pedestals. This leaves free space under the worktop for ergonomics and easy cleaning.

The worktop is located on storage cabinets, heating or cooling units, electric ovens or technical modules.

Customization and equipment

Symphony allows for a wide range of culinary elements to be integrated into the design:

Basque Grill – The unique Basque grill combines precision cooking with natural charcoal. Thanks to the use of different types of wood and charcoal, food can be flavored during cooking. The design of the grill allows for concentration of temperature, which makes cooking more efficient.

 

 

 

Robata Grill (Japanese grilling technique) – A vertical grill for cooking at different temperatures. The method, which means “fire cooking”, is known for its smoky flavor and is used for various products such as seafood, meat and vegetables.

 

 

 

Grills - A grill suitable for roasting. It offers excellent heat distribution, facilitating the preparation of meat and fish. Drip tray along the edge with a water gate controlled by an electromagnetic valve (solenoid valve).

 

 

 

Coup de Feu solid surface for frying and baking
A large surface with a powerful burner that provides a graduated heating surface.

 

 

 

Gas Hobs with stainless steel grates (available with a lacquered finish), piezo ignition element and drip collection system.

 

 

 

 

Induction elements - For any type of requirement, induction hobs of different sizes and powers can be included, along with induction woks and grills, with even heat distribution and low energy consumption.

 

 

 

Charcoal grills - Lava stones heated by tubular burners in AISI-18/10 stainless steel. Removable drip tray.

 

 

 

 

Electric fryer - Controlled by a thermostat to guarantee safety and a longer life of the fat, it is equipped with a support that helps the oil drain. It can be built into the surface with a flanged edge to prevent waste from falling inside.

 

 

 

Sous vide appliances - Thanks to their precise electronic temperature control and water circulation, they are ideal elements for sous vide cooking of food at low temperatures (between 56 and 95ºC), sealed in hermetically sealed bags.

 

 

 

Bain-marie - Tank with automatic water filling function. Allows the use of GN containers for storing sauces and side dishes.

 

 

 

 

Pasta cooking appliances - Thermostatic control with automatic water filling function, made entirely of stainless steel with built-in baskets.

 

 

 

Panoramic oven - Designed for baking XXL dishes.
