1. Cutting into pieces (Slicing) –  FCS discs

  • Tip: for soft fruits and vegetables, use a thicker thickness (6–10 mm) to preserve the structure and avoid crushing.

  • Combination: FCS-G discs → for longitudinal cutting + FMS grids → for cross cutting and dicing Dimensions: from 8×8 to 12 x 12 mm
  • Applications: potatoes, carrots, zucchini, apples, beets, cucumbers, hard fruits and vegetables
  • Tip: for more precise cubes, use products with a uniform texture and pre-leveled dimensions.
