National Culinary Forum "Chef's Secrets - Evolution of Taste 2025"

Stara Zagora is once again the culinary capital of Bulgaria and host of the National Culinary Forum "Chef's secrets - Evolution of taste 2025". In the crowded hall of the Cultural Center "Stara Zagora" today at the opening of the event, imagination meets talent and unites the best professionals in the industry with live presentations.

Tirol Professional EOOD is once again providing professional kitchen equipment for the event. We believe that the talent of the professional chef and the effective kitchen equipment in combination with quality ingredients are key elements for achieving extremely delicious and exquisite dishes. The professional chef uses his culinary creativity to transform ingredients into unique gastronomic experiences. In combination with modern and functional kitchen equipment, he can speed up processes, preserve the taste qualities of the products and offer his guests unique culinary delights.

"Over the next two days, many young people will be inspired, learn many new things and want to develop in this profession. The National Culinary Forum is considered the largest educational event in Bulgaria. This year, 149 teachers and 99 students from the specialties "Hotel and Restaurant Management", "Pastry", "Culinary" and "Bakery" from 36 settlements will participate."

"In a hall with about 550 seats, 17 chefs will present their skills live and an audio-visual broadcast will be broadcast to the attendees. Chef Zhoro Ivanov, Chef Veselin Kalev, Chef Nikolay Petev, Chef Antonio Ivanov will take part in the culinary show. For the first time, there will also be international participation with chefs from Serbia and Canada. About 30 companies from the HoReCa sector will offer their products at the Chef's Expo culinary exhibition."

The organizers expect about 1100 visitors over two days. On Friday, around 11:00, Shef's Food Park opens, on Saturday the opening ceremony is at the Cultural Center and the forum continues until late afternoon on Sunday, around 15:00.
